What size strap do I need for my watch?
To find the correct size, measure the distance between your watch lugs in millimetres (e.g. 20mm). Our product pages also include sizing guidance to help you choose the perfect fit.
How do I measure my wrist for the right fit?
Use a soft measuring tape or wrap a string around your wrist and measure it against a ruler. This helps ensure a comfortable, tailored fit when using our cut-to-size (CTS) straps.
Will your straps fit my watch model?
Our CTS straps are designed to fit most standard watches with straight lugs. If you're buying for a Tissot PRX or Apple Watch, please look for the dedicated straps or adapters on our product pages.
What does "cut-to-size (CTS)" mean?
It means the strap can be trimmed to your wrist size for a custom fit. Each strap includes instructions, and installation is simple.
How do I install the strap or clasp myself?
Most of our straps have an integrated spring-release system, so no tools are needed. For the clasp or Apple Watch connectors, we include a spring bar tool to make installation easy.
Are your straps compatible with smartwatches or Apple Watch?
Yes — we offer Apple Watch strap connectors that allow you to use our rubber straps with any Apple Watch model, including Ultra.
What’s the difference between smooth, mosaic, and textured rubber?
It’s all in the finish. "Smooth" is sleek and minimalist, "Mosaic" has a patterned surface, and "Textured" offers a geometric look — all made from premium FKM rubber.

Can I customise my strap or clasp colour?
Yes! Our clasps are available in several colours so you can mix and match with your watch or personal style.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?

Each strap includes the matching clasp and spring bar tool (if required). Connectors and accessories are sold separately unless otherwise stated.
